小型三角洲式3D打印机机械结构设计 摘要 随着新兴技术的发展,逆向工程技术在近几年得到了高速的发展,其中也包括了3D打印技术。为提高快速成型技术的应用水平,快速高效的处理已成为3D打印技术发展的新课题。 在分析3D打印机的发展概况、基本原理的基础上,提出了三角洲式FDM 3D打印机的总体设计方案,并对3D打印机的机械结构进行了设计,主要包括:框架设计、传动装置设计、送料装置、电控元选择等方面,此外对关键零件进行了校核。通过提高喷嘴的精度,提高了射流精度。传动部分采用滑动螺杆与滚动导轨相结合,保证传动精度提高传动效率。使用线性步进电机直连丝杠,使响应更加准确、快速,简化了中间传动环节,使精度更高。 关键词:3D打印技术;并联机床传动机构;步进电机;喷头 Abstract With the developme
