油井钻井用甩干机结构设计含2张CAD图+说明书
油井钻井用甩干机结构设计 摘要:本设计以油田甩干机的结构为主要突破口,为目前市场生产油田甩干设备机提供可靠保证。研究工作的主要对象是甩干机的结构设计,结合本专业所学机械设计、机械制图、机械制造工艺学等专业课程,理解油井钻井用甩干机的结构和基本原理。参与计算设计油井钻井用甩干机基本结构,重点对传动机构详细设计,确定使用链传动与齿轮传动结合的分级传动。 本采用所学知识在力学计算中对甩干机机的强度、刚度进行分析。通过自身所学的机械制图、软件操作方面的技巧,画出了所需设计的结构的零件和装配图的三维图形。最终成功设计出了油井钻井用甩干机的传动部分的所有构件并装配成功,而且得出了所设计的传动机构在力学方面的各项性能和强度、刚度方面都符合此次设计要求的重要结论。 关键词:甩干机;传动机构;分级传动 Structure Desig
