摘要
模具发展水平代表着这个国家的发展水平,可见模具的重要性,高精度的模具可以为生产带来许多便捷。现在我国已从经验设计阶段走向理论设计阶段。
一套良好的模具决定了最终产品的性能,形状,尺寸和精度,为了获得优良的加工平品质,所以对于模具的生产要求就会非常精密。同时压塑模在模具中又扮演了举足轻重的角色,压塑模给塑件的生产带来了许多便捷。让快捷,高效生产成为了现实。
本设计是以盘盖题作为设计模型,以注射模具知识作为理论,阐述了电池盖模具设计的过程,我的设计是注射模设计,利用我们所学的cad软件画出实体。对模具进行全面的设计分析,和尺寸设计。设计出可以正常运行的注射模。然后进行相关数据的校核,确保各个零件之间的配合没有问题。还有就是本套模具采用了一模四腔的设计形式,然后对注射机参数进行了参数校核。
