防爆柴油机引射式废气处理装置设计研究
摘要:现如今煤炭产业发展迅速,而安全生产问题日益突出,矿井瓦斯爆炸高居事故榜首位。作为井下动力源的柴油机在工作中排气温度达到600摄氏度,带来巨大安全隐患,降低排气温度成为废气处理系统的关键。因此本文依托该实际背景,进行防爆柴油机引射式废气处理装置设计研究和优化。本文将从下面几个方向进行研究:
(1)依据废气处理箱设计要求及结构特点、巷道作业防爆柴油机尾气排温及有害气体浓度要求及干式排气系统的设计要求、构造及功能,来确定矿用防爆柴油机引射式废气处理装置(引射式排气管)的各结构参数。
(2)利用SolidWorks三维造型软件,完成对引射式废气处理装置(引射式排气管)的三维建模。
