教练车辅助转向系统设计
摘要
本文首先阐述了教练车的现状以及开发副转向系统的必要性及其重要意义,然后在根据分析出的教练车副转向系统功能要求的基础上,进一步的确定教练车副转向系统的结构形式,并以转向系统作为参考来设计教练车的副转向系统。
通过对于汽车转向系统的发展的研究以及汽车副转向系统国内外的研究现状进行分析,并在参考电动转向的基础上,建立了正、副两个转向系统分别控制汽车转向的理论模型。并根据理论模型的要求进行选择,确立了以电磁离合器作为控制正、副转向系统主从关系的主要装置。通过理论分析,教练员通过掌控副转向系统,可以直接控制教练车的前进方向。
