木材旋切机的设计
摘要
伴随国内经济的快速发展,木材的消耗成为一个不容忽视的问题。将木材进行充分合理的利用,是缓解我国木材供给紧张的有效途径之一。而木材旋切机在这过程中扮演者重要的角色。我们的木材旋切机最主要的工作目的就是提高木材的使用效率还有后期的加工时候的精度,因为这样了以后,就可以降低现在木材使用紧缺的情况,才能让我们的加工厂有比较稳固的市场地位。在我们世界上的一些发达国家,对于旋切机的利用率已经很高了,所以对于木材的充分利用也就达到了一定的水平,加工材料的质量也比较优秀,我们国家在朝着这个方向努力。
为了充分利用木材,把木材加工成薄片,发挥木材应有的优点。我们将对木材的动力、减速装置、传动装置以及工作装置进行相应的选择、设计、计算和校核。最终、使得设计出来的产品具有布置合理、工作可靠等优点,同时还锻炼了学生的独立思考和设计的能力,为将来步入社会夯实基矗
