上支架-前悬架减震器正冲侧冲模具设计含3D建模及10张CAD图+说明书
摘要 本课题最终形成神龙G29及T91,东风D760项目制件中的上支架-前悬架减震器正冲侧冲模具,进行三维数字化设计。通过其他公司的试验,针对神龙G29及T91,东风D760项目制件,对上支架-前悬架减震器正冲侧冲模具进行计算机辅助设计,实现模具三维数字化设计与虚拟装配。用以指导神龙G29及T91,东风D760项目制件正冲侧冲模具的生产实践,达到提高生产效率、获得高质量产品的目标。就神龙G29及T91,东风D760项目制件模具设计,通过现场调研发现存在如下主要问题:1:模具制造周期长,成本高,人工操作量大,劳动时间长,根据工厂的生产设备,规划出好的生产加工工艺过程,设计出合理的方案,达到降低生产成本,提高生产效率的目的,以方便后面的工艺设计。2:此次生产需要了解产品,对图纸进行深入分析。基于上述原因,对神龙G29及T91,东风D760项目制件正冲,侧冲模具设计研究已势在必行。通过对模具的设计,不但能够缩短生产周期,降低制造成本,提高加工精度,延长刀具寿命,而且依据本公司产品的生产及发展需要,可以建立或完善生产加工工艺流程,从而更大程度上提高模具设计水平,获取更大的经济利益。 关键词:正冲侧冲模具三维数字化设计 Abstract This topic eve
