微型电动货车三维总布置设计与整车性能计算
摘要:随着工业的快速发展,环境污染日益严重,对新能源的最求和使用已然成为了未来发展的潮流。如今汽车已经成为了人们出行的主要代步工具和交通运输工具,就汽车行业来看,电动轿车已经层出不穷,大街上已然比比皆是,但是电动货车却很少见。
本文研究主要通过了解已有的微型电动货车车体构造和部件工作原理根据整车性能目标,对主要零部件进行选型设计,包括微型电动货车的车身造型设计汽车车架设计、货车车箱选型、轮胎与车轮选型、小货车主要尺寸参数的计算、电动小货车的车架设计、电动小货车车箱设计、电动小货车车轮设计、电动小货车底盘的布置,并作必要的分析计算,用三维建模软件建立三维造型设计,以达到最合理的设计配置,完成微型电动货车车体结构设计。
