杂交水稻籽粒分选清选机械装备设计 摘要:杂交水稻工程化制种改变了以前杂交水稻母本于父本间行种植的方式,采用母本与父本混合种植的方式,这就造成了收获后的种子既有母本又有父本;通过实验研究分析可得,母本籽粒的长度约6mm左右,而父本籽粒大约11-12mm,根据两种籽粒的长度的特性的不同,拟设计以窝眼滚轮筒为主要工作部件的清洗机来清选出所需要的母本籽粒。本设计根据当前社会发展需要,自行设计了窝眼滚轮筒,介绍了窝眼滚轮筒国内外研究情况和研究意义。本窝眼滚轮筒重点对分选筒内籽的运动动力学分析,得出了影响籽粒分选的主要因素窝眼分选筒的直径、角速度及斜置倾角,设计计算了各主要部件所需参数并进行了校核,完成了装备图及各主要零件的图纸设计,进行了自我总结。 关键词:分选;窝眼筒;动力学分析;推料螺旋 Desig
