摘要
随着电焊机的应用需求,手动电焊机因为其劳动强度大,焊接效率低,工作环境恶劣,对人体伤害大等缺点,逐渐被自动电焊机所取代。自动电焊机的主要体现在自动送丝机构,焊接工位自动转换机构,工件自动装卡机构,工件焊接自动化系统,系统集成控制等,其中自动送丝机构是实现自动化的重要环节。
因此,本设计针对自动电焊机的主要传动部件,与送丝机构而进行设计,设计中完成了自动电焊机丝杠传动零部件的设计计算与选型,以及自动电焊机自动送丝机构的设计计算,实现各传动零部件的良好运行,使其不动时实现自锁功能在焊接过程中,自动电焊机实现自动送丝功能。
