靠背固定板级进模设计 摘要:本设计题目为靠背固定板级进模设计,体现了冲孔弯曲类零件的设计要求、内容及方向,有一定的设计意义。通过对该零件模具的设计,进一步加强了设计者级进模设计的基础知识,为设计更复杂的级进模具做好了铺垫和吸取了更深刻的经验。 本设计运用冲裁弯曲成型工艺及模具设计的基础只是,首先分析了制件的成本及性能要求,为选取工艺方案适合的模具类型做好了准备;然后分析了制件的形状大小,便于选取模具;最后分析了制件的特征,确定模具的设计参数、设计要点及模架的选龋 本制件是靠背固定板零件级进模设计,将落料和冲孔、弯曲等设计在一副模具中,模具操作简便,生产效率高,性能可靠。本设计通过零件的工艺性综合分析,包括零件的经济性综合分析,冲压工艺性分析,冲压工艺方案的分析和确定,从方案一、方案二、方案三、方案四、方案五中进行了方案性能的比较,最终确定了方案。然后进行工艺计算,其中包括坯料尺寸计算,排样和裁板方案,采用的裁法,步距精确度的确定,冲压力的计算,落料的工序、冲孔的工序、弯曲的工序,以及的模具结构形式的选择,卸料装置、定位装置、模具及凸模和凹模的刃口尺寸的确定和校核。最后还有模具整体设计,模具工作零件设计,等等一系列的设计,本设计中都一一进行了阐述。才有了这么一套完整的设计。 阐述了级进模的结构设计工程及其工作过程,通过系统的工艺分析,采用冲孔、落料等工序进行加工。通过计算工艺力以确定模具压力中心,并选择压力机的型号。落料凹模通过凹模固定板与下模座连接来固定。模具采用下出料方式和卸料装置。本模具结构一般,性能可靠,工作平稳,提高了生产效率,降低劳动强度和生产成本。弯曲类模具又是冷冲模的一种,是指通过一定工序将坯料冲裁成形的模具。按照冲压的工艺性质分类,弯曲模具是使材料发生塑性变形的冲裁模具。本课题内容也包括对该零件进行冲压工艺分析和有关工艺计算,确定合理的冲压工艺方案,设计冲压工序的两套模具,正确的选用标准零件和其它的零件,对冲压结构进行了工艺分析已选取压力机。绘制模具二维装配图和零件图。通过对级进模模具设计,以巩固和深化所学知识。 弯曲冲裁多工位级进模,根据设计零件的尺寸、材料、批量生产等要求,首先分析零件的工艺性,确定冲裁工艺方案及模具结构方案,然后通过工艺设计技术,确定排样,计算冲压力和压力中心,初选压力机,计算凸、凹模尺寸和公差,最后设计选用零、部件,对压力机进行校核,绘制模具总装草图以及三维实体图,以及对模具主要零件的加工工艺规程。其中在结构设计中,主要对凸模、凹模、定位零件、卸料装置等进行了设计,对于部分零件选用的标准件,本文就没深入设计,并且在结构设计的同时,对部分零部件进行了加工工艺分析,最终才完成本设计。 关键词:级进模,冲压工艺,模具设计,冲孔,落料 Desig
