接线端子冲压工艺与模具设计
摘要:本设计的题目为:接线端子冲压工艺与模具设计。通过对该零件模具的设计,进一步加强了设计者冲压模设计的基础知识,为设计更复杂的冲压模做好了铺垫,同时吸收了更深刻的经验。
本设计运用冲压成形工艺及模具设计的基础知识,首先分析了冲裁件的工艺性,紧接着确定冲压工艺方案、设计成形零件、选择结构零件。
本零件结构较为简单,考虑到制件的形状和结构特点、模具的制造成本和加工的方便性,本模具采用级进模结构进行冲裁。
