φ20孔筒形件端盖的冲压模具设计与成形工艺-落料拉深冲孔复合模含12张CAD图+说明书
端盖冲压成形工艺与模具设计 摘要:本设计主要对端盖的冲裁工艺性和拉深工艺性进行了分析,通过分析工件结构、使用要求、零件质量等制定了几种工艺方案,经过几种方案的优缺点比较,最后确定使用落料冲孔拉深复合模。本次设计首先确定了拉深次数,通过拉深次数来确定工艺方案,根据材料利用率来确定排样方式,通过冲压力计算选定压力机。对模具工作部分尺寸进行计算,模具主要零部件设计(如凸凹模、拉深凸模、凸模固定板、卸料方式、送料方式等)和模具整体设计来选定模架,对压力机和模具闭合高度进行校核,最后绘制模具总装图。模具的设计应当效率高、安全、可靠,模具零件应耐磨耐用。 关键词:复合模压力机拉深模具 END COVER STAMPING FORMING TECHNOLOGY AND DIE DESIGN Abstract: this desig
