摘要
折弯机属于锻压机械中的一种,主要用于金属加工行业。产品广泛适用于:轻工、航空、船舶、电器、不锈钢制品、钢结构建筑及装潢行业。
本次设计为上下运动式液压折弯机,通过本次液压系统的设计对液压传动有了更清楚的认识,对液压系统的组成,液压系统的各部分零件得设计有了更深刻的理解。文中用精确的数据,详细的作图,展现了液压折弯机的设计过程,以及工作原理,设计过程根据不同工作需要,对缸筒,活塞杆进行了设计,最终达到一个较为合理的设计目的。
