基于pro/E的家用多功能
简易按摩椅设计
摘要
随着社会技术的发展和人们生活水平的提高,伴随着工作压力也在不断加大,使得人们对自身健康则愈来愈关注,针对长期在办公室工作的上班人群而言,久坐会使颈部、背部以及腰部疼痛。使之按摩椅这一保健器械得以消费者的青睐。本通过关于按摩椅消费情况的市场调查,就家用多功能简易按摩椅进行优化设计,以及结合人体工程学对其按摩椅的机械传动系统进行研究和设计。
本文针对前期的按摩产品市场调研,通过调研结果分析,提出了按摩椅的按摩方式,根据按摩方式,设计传动零件及其产品造型。运用有关手册对各零部件的尺寸进行分析、通过模拟电子电路设计及仿真实验效果,通过有关校核表明了设计方案和计算方法切实可行并具有一定的实际参考价值。详细论述了该电动按摩椅的功能设计、结构设计、运动和受力分析、材料选用和校核等,并利用PRO/E三维设计软件对零件建模,完成电动按摩椅的三维造型和运动仿真,操作简单,适用于广大普通家庭。
