F钉自动排钉机的设计
摘要
本课题来源于当今社会机械工业加工设备的改良和更新换代基础之上,通过设计出F钉自动排钉机,从而来满足当今社会排钉设备不足的缺陷。
国内F钉自动排钉机的研发及制造要与全球号召的高效经济、安全稳定主题保持一致。近期对机械行业中排钉设备的使用情况进行了调查,发现在机械行业中,钉是起到连接两个零件的关键零配件。自然而然在装配中它们的安装也非常平凡。在排钉时如果使用临时设备加工,不但劳动强度太大而且相互尺寸不易保证,所以设计一个专用的F钉自动排钉机势在必行。
本文运用大学所学的知识,提出了F钉自动排钉机的结构组成、工作原理以及主要零部件的设计中所必须的理论计算和相关强度校验,构建了F钉自动排钉机总的指导思想,从而得出了该F钉自动排钉机的优点是高效,经济,并且安全系数高,运行平稳的结论。
