摘要
我所学习的专业是模具设计与制造,这次的设计拉深—挤边复合模的设计是我结合大学三年来所学习的专业知识所设计的一套冲压模具。
本文首先简要的概述了冲压模具在社会发展领域的作用及其以后的发展方向,点明了模具设计的重要意义。然后依据工件图进行了工艺性分析,进而确定了设计方案,计算出了模具工作部分的尺寸,设计出工作零部件,然后依据设计要求选择出各个标准零部件,最后设计出了模具的总装配图。在设计中,最重要的就是设计方案确定,坯料的计算和工作零部件的设计,这是设计的关键,这些设计的正确与否直接关系到设计成本的高低及设计的模具能否正常工作;在设计的最后,总结了自己在设计过程中的心得和体会,并对我的指导老师进行致谢。
为了使我的设计更加简明易懂,在设计过程中,我用CAD制图软件画出了十几张零件图,安插在设计任务书中。最后画出拉深—挤边模具的装配图一张和工作零部件的零件图九张。
通过这次设计是我不仅掌握了冲压模具设计一般流程,更学到了许多在课本上没有学到的知识,使我受益匪浅。
