环模式饲料制粒机设计
摘要
环模制粒机是饲料机械四大主机之一,很大程度上决定了饲料加工产量,在饲料加工过程中占有非常重要的地位。本文首先介绍了制粒机的几种基本形式及发展过程,综合比较不同制粒机之间的不同,从而得出环模式制粒机的具有成型性好、制粒效率高的特点。在此基础上,详细分析了环模制粒机的喂料系统、调质系统、压粒机构、电动机及传动机构的组成及结构。并重点对压粒系统中的物料在压粒过程中的受力情况及物料在环模中的高度对效率的影响。最后,综合已有的设计产品及文献资料,对相应的轴、环模、压辊、螺旋喂料器和调质器的计算分析,应用MATLAB软件编程计算出齿轮的径向力及轴向力,并对其进行弯扭组合变形的校核,设计出环模式饲料压粒机的整体结构,并运用三维PRO/E 5.0软件对设计出的环模式压粒机进行装配,并得出各部分的零件图纸及装配图。
