轴类配合件的数控车加工工艺及手动编程斯沃仿真-两件套含三维及CAD图+说明书
摘要 数控车床是现代加工车间里面重要的加工设备,现代的CAD/CAM都是建立在数控技术之上的。现代数控加工技术知识是现代机械专业学生必需掌握的。在数控加工过程中,要考虑到零件加工工艺路线的安排、加工机床型号的选择、切削刀具的选择、零件加工的定位装夹及数控程序的编制等一系列因素的影响。所涉及到的知识面非常广阔。 本文根据数控车床的加工特点,针对配合件装配件,进行了零件图分析、加工方法工艺方案的确定,工装方案的确定,刀具和切削用量的选择,数控加工程序的编制及仿真检验。通过整个工艺的过程的制定,充分体现了数控加工设备在保证加工精度,加工效率,简化工序等方面的优势。 关键词:数控车床数控编程配合件 Abstract CNC lathe is moder
