摘要
机动车制动软管即刹车管,是机动车制动系统中必不可少的零件。制动软管分为液压、真空和压力制动软管三部分,本次针对液压制动软管设计了液压制动软管挠曲耐久性试验台,实验严格依据了国家所定制的标准。详细介绍了试验台的机械系统的组成和结构,三相异步电机的选择,轴的强度校核,皮带轮的计算和选择等。液压控制系统包括液压传动控制系统,传动原理以及液压控制系统的发展。本次设计是集机、电于一体的典型设计,通过模拟制动软管的真实工作环境,对制动软管的挠曲耐久性进行检测。
