摘要
零件的加工工艺编制,在机械加工中占有非常重要的地位,零件工艺编得合不合理,直接关系到零件最终能否达到质量要求;另外,夹具的设计也是不可缺少的一部分,它关系到能否提高加工效率的问题。因此这两者在机械加工中是至关重要的环节。
本设计说明书第一章首先对圆盖的结构特征和工艺进行了深入的分析,之后确定了圆盖的生产类型,紧接着对圆盖的工艺规程进行了系统的说明。其主要内容包括毛坯的制造形式;圆盖的工艺路线;圆盖的毛坯尺寸;各道工序加工余量的确定;各道工序的定位基准以及基本工时的计算。接下来,由上面的工艺规程,我们可以得到圆盖的各项参数,通过AutoCAD软件,绘制出圆盖的零件图。根据圆盖的工艺规程和零件图各参数进行工艺文件的编制。
本设计说明书第二章内容是针对圆盖工艺规程中的钻圆盖Φ90外圆面Φ10孔的夹具设计。首先,本设计说明书对该道工序的定位方案进行了详细的分析,确定定位方案后选择定位元件和夹紧力作用点,夹紧方式。在整个定位、夹紧的确定工作都结束后,开始进行切削力和夹紧力的计算以及校核工作,计算该夹具各方向的定位误差以及校核。最后,通过Pro/E三维设计软件设计出该套夹具的三维图。
