摘要
机床的夹具在我们现实生活的加工方面有着不可替代的重要作用,它对被加工工件的质量和成本以及生产的速度具有比较直观的影响。各企业通过在机床夹具设计方面长时间的经验累积,具有了相当多的设计经验,而且目前正在着重使用这些所掌握的设计经验来对机床的夹具设计过程中的速度与质量方面做到进一步的加强和提升,故此人们急切的想要寻找到一种可以行的通的高效解决方案。
这种变速箱壳体专业组合机床所采纳的正是卧式双面加工方案。它被用于对被加工件左侧面上的1个11.9的孔,8个8.5的孔,2个9.8的孔以及右侧6个8.5的孔进行精准钻削。它主要由两个部分组成,就是夹具的设计以及总体的设计。它用左主轴箱对9个孔进行加工,然后剩下的8个孔则使用右主轴箱进行加工。夹具固定的一部分则在两个主轴箱的中心。机床采用的是我们常见的液压工作台,实现了进给之后,保证了进给速度的稳定并且可靠。工件采用的定位方法正是“一侧两孔”的方法,从而大大的保证了工件的定位精度,便于将工件夹持祝它还有助于技术人员的设计和制造。钳子使用气动夹钳,导向装置用于确保工作孔的位置精度。由于工件数量众多,导向装置的钻套极易磨损,因此使用了可更换的钻套。因此为了不影响正常工作,夹具材料为HT150,夹具上设有切屑排出槽,以防止切屑堆积在定位元件和其他设备的工作面上,并正确定位工件和夹具。
