阀腔体机械加工工艺与钻4-M12工序夹具设计 摘要 在“一带一路”的利好形势下,国内的机械加工以及制造业发展飞速,无论是加工效率还是加工精度均进入快车道。非标零件也越来越多,保证其加工精度和生产效率的利器之一就是夹具的设计和制造,在对其进行夹具设计之前还需对其进行加工工艺规程的设计和确定。因此,本次设计主要对机械加工工艺规程以及钻4-M12工序专用夹具进行分析和设计。本次设计以阀腔体作为研究对象,该零件是液压系统上重要的零件之一,保证其正常的工作,实现液压系统运动和动力的输出等。 在对机械加工工艺规程设计之前,完成前期的调研掌握设计的基础知识,把握设计的重点、难点以及设计方向等。完成零件用途的分析、对零件材料进行特性分析,依据任务书和零件结构,选择较为合适的制造方式以及生产类型。完成工艺路线和装备的选取,计算主要的加工参数,填写工艺卡和工序卡等。专用夹具设计钻床夹具,加工4-M12螺纹孔。主要设计定位方案、夹紧方案;选取了定位元件和夹紧元件;设计了夹具体;选择了导向装置并完成相应的计算和分析等 关键词:阀腔体;加工工艺;钻4-M12;专用夹具 Abstract U
