摘要
当今科学技术发展的首要形式是工业生产过程当中的自动化技术。我国现在的机械工业已经有了较大的发展,尤其在自动化生产技术这方面。各行各业的工厂自主研发参与设计并制造了许多自动化机床和自动化的生产线,极大程度上改进了过去劳动条件上的短板并使得劳动生产率和生产技术水平向前迈进了一大步。其中,轴承作为一种至关重要的部件,用于支撑旋转体并保证回转精度,也被称为机械的关节。其种类有很多,滚针轴承就是其中之一。然而,这种轴承的结构复杂,在装配过程当中依靠人力装配,不能完全实现自动化,也影响了劳动生产率的提高,因此,对于滚针轴承的装配要实现其自动化技术的任务刻不容缓。
本次设计的滚针轴承装针机为改进人力手工装配而设计,讲述了此课题研究的背景意义,机构方案设计和控制系统的选用。该方案设计下的装针机构造简单,装针方向精准,可实现自动化并提高劳动生产率,有极好的发展远景。
