摘要
斗式提升机广泛地应用于建材、机械、有色金属、粮食等各工业部门;应用于在垂直方向内或倾斜角度很小时运送散料或碎块物体斗式提升机的结构特点是:被运送物料在与牵引件连结在一起的承载构件料斗内,牵引件绕过各滚筒,形成包括运送物料的有载分支和不运送物料的无载分支的闭合环路,连续运动输送物体驱动装置与头轮相连,使斗式提升机获得动力并驱使运转张紧装置与底轮相连,使牵引构件获得必要的初张紧力,以保证正常运转物料从提升机底部供料斗式提升机对过载较敏感;斗和带易磨损斗式提升机的料斗和牵引构件等部分及头轮,底轮安装在密闭的罩壳之内,减少灰尘对周围环境的污染
