摘要
全自动擦鞋机设计是一个非常有发展潜力和市场空间的课题。就目前国内市场上已经出现的擦鞋机而言,真正能做到全自动的擦鞋机几乎没有。它们普遍采用单一的马达减速带动毛毡旋转,若要做到全方位擦鞋,脚必须主动去适应旋转马达,整个擦鞋过程非常繁琐。本次设计只用到齿轮系以及带传动,擦鞋机因为负载小,所以对所用的零件材质要求并不苛刻。擦鞋机所有运动的实现不用到任何精密电子元件,几乎不受环境要求的限制,对灰尘、油污不敏感,可以广泛应用于人流量较大的超市,甚至于露天的市场。
