摘要
这次的设计是对箱体零件进行工艺规程设计,还有对其中的一道工序进行专用的机床夹具设计。箱体类零件主要加工端面和外圆。安装加工的工艺要求,一般是要照着先加工面再加工孔的顺序进行,最好还是要把加工的顺序分为粗加工和精加工两种方式,这样可以保证精度。通常情况下,选择用箱体的结合面作为加工的粗基准,加工好之后的下底面再次作为精基准,制定加工工艺路线就需要知道加工时候各个阶段的工艺要求和参数。设计了车床专用夹具,按照夹具要求计算了切削力,并汇总了夹具装配体。
