摘要
本次设计是设计一个两轴五档的变速器。换挡稳健与性能安全是我们变速器设计的准则,我们的主要内容是变速器的尺寸和档数,轴尺寸的各种计算,各个档位的传动比的计算,里面还包含了对其轴,齿轮的强度校核和与他相配套的同步器的选择等。还使用了ProE以及CAD等常用软件来设计轴,轴的整体装配图,变速器的齿轮的图纸。结尾,我们在用ANSYS对我们设计的变速器进行有限元分析,对其关键部位做仿真分析,得出合理的结论。
