摘要
本次设计内容是关于对给定的工件设计冲压模具,其给定工件是某汽车一支撑架零件,分析该工件结构特征,对工件进行展开和计算,查阅相关资料和对工件结构特征仔细分析选择采用多工位级进模,多工位级进模能提高生产效率,保障操作的安全。根据工件结构和展开图设计工件排样方案,确定排样工位、条料宽度、步距和搭边。工件在加工过程中有一次两边90度弯曲和四次单边45度弯曲,为能实现这些弯曲需要采用斜楔滑块机构。由于工件结构比较复杂,所用排样工位有些多,该模具体型相当的大,许多模具零件不能找到合适规格,需要按设计要求设计相应零件。
