TH250斗式提升机的设计
摘要
斗式提升机作为一种应用极为广泛的垂直输送设备,TH型是一种圆环链斗式提升机采用混合式或重力卸料,挖取式装料。斗式提升机由头部区段(驱动)、中间区段(连接)、下部区段(张紧)三段组成,本文对TH250斗式提升机的发展及应用、种类及结构进行综合阐述,对斗式提升机的优缺点进行了分类和研究;论证了斗式提升机的工作原理;介绍了斗式提升机的各种型号;并对驱动装置进行了选型。斗式提升机的主要部件有:驱动装置、料斗、牵引构件、底座和中间罩壳等。
本文针对斗式提升机的特殊要求,重点设计驱动装置,驱动装置由电动机、减速机、逆止器或制动器及联轴器组成,驱动主轴上装有滚筒或链轮。TH250斗式提升机各零件均按标准设计,安全、经济,广泛应用于粮食运输、食品加工、机械铸造、水泥、煤矿、电力等行业。
