摘要
国内使用的鄂式破碎机类型很多,复摆鄂式破碎机结构简单,制造容易、工作可靠、使用维修方便,所以常见的还是传统的复摆鄂式破碎机。随着现代化的发展,各工业部门对破碎石的需求进一步增长,研究复摆鄂式破碎机具有很重要的意义。本设计主要为满住生产需求,出料口尺寸:10-40mm;进料口尺寸:125mm;产量;2-3t/h而研究的。
根据以上要求我设计了复摆鄂式破碎机(PE150×250),其工作原理是:工作时,电动机通过皮带轮带动偏心轴旋转,使动鄂周期地靠近、离开定鄂,从而对物料有挤压、搓、碾等多重破碎,使物料由大变小,逐渐下落,直至从排料口排出。
设计内容主要包括了复摆鄂式破碎机的动鄂、偏心轴、皮带轮、动鄂齿板、机架等一些重要部件;另外对鄂式破碎机的工作原理及特点和主要部件作了介绍,包括保险装置、调整装置、机架结构、润滑装置等;同时对机器参数(主轴转速、生产能力、破碎力、功率等)作了计算。此外也简单介绍了破碎的意义、破碎工艺和破碎比的计算,鄂式破碎机的主要部件的安装、鄂式破碎机的操作及维修等。
