300KW螺杆式水冷冷水机组设计
摘要
螺杆式水冷冷水机组因其关键部件螺杆式压缩机而命名,螺杆式水冷冷水机组是目前应用最为广泛的制冷机组之一。本文设计的是制冷量为300KW的水冷机组。其中制冷剂为R22,系统制冷量为300KW,冷凝温度40℃,蒸发温度2℃,过冷度3℃,过热度9℃,冷却水进水温度30℃,出口温度35℃,冷冻水进水温度12℃,出水温度7℃。
本设计主要部件选用的是汉钟半封闭螺杆双压缩机、卧式壳管式冷凝器(外形尺寸为2780mm×600mm×708mm,传热面积为57.546m2)、干式蒸发器(外形尺寸为2800mm×600mm×592mm,传热面积为17.64m2)和热力膨胀阀。除此以外,本文还完成了压缩机的选型、热力计算、以及辅助设备的选型问题。
