混凝土搅拌机的设计
摘要
为加快乡村振兴以及城镇的现代化建设,设计一种适用于农村和城镇的小型简便的混凝土搅拌机是有重大意义的。本设计包括传动机构,搅拌机构以及机架。电动机将动力输入皮带,然后经皮带传到减速器减速,减速器传出的动力带动滚筒上的大齿圈,使得滚筒转动。由于这是一个小型混凝土搅拌机,整个机器上料为人工上料,出料通过搅拌筒的反转使得混凝土卸出。通过对搅拌筒的设计计算得拌筒的尺寸长1480mm,宽1200mm,出料口半径350mm,进料口半径400mm,然后选择合适的电动机,选择电动机型号为Y132S1-2,额定功率,满载转速为,同步转速为。接着对带轮,减速器,开式齿轮进行设计计算。皮带选用3V带根进行传动,所设计减速器的传动比为8.05。设计的开式大齿轮基准圆直径为1260mm,齿宽100mm。选择合适角度的高低叶片,最后设计机架使得各部件连接起来。设计所得的混凝土搅拌机满足使用要求。
