可伸缩带式传输机的结构设计 摘要 早在20世纪60年代,就已出现带式输送机应用于物品。从20世纪70年代至今,带式输送机已经在矿物运输中逐步取代汽车运输,成为了散状货物的主要运输设备。带式输送机在各个领域出的技术不断推进,扩宽了带式输送机的应用范围。而可伸缩带式传输机是应用最为普遍,传输物料最为高效的一种传输机机型。它既有物料搬运量大,输送时间长,连续交通运输的特点,也容易达到集中与自动化的目标。尤其在煤矿事业上的应用广泛,可伸缩履带传输机已经发展成为煤矿开采时必不可少的一种设备。其中主要内容包括对于使用可移动伸缩履带式油料传输机的专用皮带和油料传送器产品种类的结构选择,传动装置的结构设计,中间架和支撑架的结构选择与重量计算,张紧传动装置的重量计算,传动装置的结构选择,托辊和滚筒的结构选择与重量计算等,并且对可伸缩带式传输机的整体结构以及工作原理做出了概述。可伸缩式皮带传输机主要依靠滚筒传动时通过摩擦力来传递皮带的运动,并且还在其结构上加上了存放带式装置,实现了结构的伸缩功能,时输送机能够伸长缩短,以达到不同输送距离的目的,提高工作效率,减少工作人员所需的操作,具有一定的实践价值。 关键词:可伸缩;输送带;储带装置;传动滚筒 Structure desig
