室内用家具物品搬运车的设计
摘要
21世纪来临伴随着社会发生了翻天覆地的变化,家具种类也在增加,在工厂搬运或者需要搬家时,面对各种大小形状不一的家具常常费时费力,目前市场上流通的家具搬运车只有用来定点运输的普通功能,遇到某些家具体型较大,重量较高,难以有一个好办法,工厂和家庭的货物运输市场需求越来越多。本文设计的一个小型家庭用的家具物品搬运车对于清洁工作中需要移动家具的短距离搬运需求来说非常实用。小型搬运车便捷,可以帮助使用者提高劳动效率,有着广阔的应用前景。
针对我国目前市场上家具搬运车存在的不足,本次设计电动的家具搬运车,主要是
在搬运车的传动装置和起降装置的部分,功能的实用性和操作的便捷方面。具体设计内容为:先确定搬运车机械系统的整体方案,再对托盘、轴、起升机构、传动机构等关键零部件进行设计,并根据使用和工艺的要求确定具体参数,最后确定各个机构部件的尺寸和进行校核。该家具搬运车驱动轮为后轮并通过后轮转向,后轮通过链轮和减速器离合器连接控制小车的行走,液压机构主要是用于家具的搬运工作。
本文设计的室内用家具物品搬运车通过电动机的电力驱动减少了劳动强度,提高了搬运效率。液压起降装置对于搬运过程中保护了使用者的安全,较好实现了家具的定点搬运。
