红枣去核机主要是由定位、去核、传动机构和输送装置及机体、料斗等组成。通过人工管理、控制各单元的协调动作达到一致性。送料装置可以将大枣自动的排队送入到输送装置,再由输送装置将大枣竖直地挨个排列在转动的扶正定位机构上,然后用去核冲针机构上下直线运动来将每个定位紧压的红枣枣核去掉,最后去掉枣核后的大枣从扶正定位机构落入成品料斗中。
