摘要
本设计研究的对象为螺母内径检测机设计,用于检测超差的螺母。
本设计的设计原理是将人工对螺母内径的检测进行提升,设计为自动检测装置,依靠气缸推动进料板进行直线往复运动,将待检螺母自进料工位推送至检测工位,利用塞规旋入螺母检测旋入圈数,最终运用机械装置将螺母分离。传动装置是利用电机及减速器带动摩擦轮,再带动塞规自转,气缸带动摩擦轮实现塞规的正转与反转,从而实现螺母的旋入与退出,进而完成检测的功能。
本设计的主要内容为:
1.对螺母内径检测的国内外发展和未来趋势进行简单介绍。
2.确定总体方案。根据设计机械的功能要求,通过起动、减速、传动以及气缸推动的摩擦轮来实现塞规的正转与反转;
3.对传动系统进行了设计和计算,确定了齿条的行程和转盘的直径及其工作方式,绘制部装图。
