摘要
离合器作为汽车传动系统中不可缺少的一部分,起着非常重要的作用,其性能的好坏,对汽车的整车性能汽车很大的影响。因此,在汽车设计中,设计一个完美的离合器显非常重要。在膜片弹簧离合器中,离合器的工作性能与摩擦片有很大的影响。摩擦片的磨损对离合器一定的影响。在本次设计中,对摩擦片的材料的选取和摩擦片的散热有一定的设计,这对离合器设计很重要。
随着人们对汽车的要求越来越高,当代汽车正趋向高性能、低油耗、高度人性花设计等方向发展。为满足汽车行驶时高性能、高稳定性、高舒适性等要求,就需要一套完整复杂的传动系统,包括发动机、离合器、变速器、传动轴、主减速器、差速器和驱动轮传动装置(半轴)等部件。离合器作为一个动力传输的中介部件,攸关着汽车的整体性能,在工况复杂、过载等情况下,更突出在整车中重要地位。设计一个好的离合器对汽车行业的发展有着至关重要的作用,膜片弹簧离合器又很多优点,已成为现代汽车离合器中的主流产品。本次设计为单片干式膜片弹簧离合器。
