变速器换挡叉加工工艺规程及铣削M10螺纹孔端面夹具设计
摘要 本次变速器换挡叉设计内容涉及机械设计,夹具设计,机械制图,工艺设计,AutoCAD、机,钻床夹具设计,械制造基础、钻床加工实例、公差调配,与测量技术、等多方面的知识。 变速器换挡叉加工工艺及夹具设计包括对零件的工艺分析,制定工艺过程卡和工序卡,专用夹具设计等三大部分。本设计主要研究变速器换挡叉的零件结构,主要是以加工工艺和夹具设计来说明。首先对零件图纸进行分析理解,明确零件的各个尺寸,精度生产类型等要素,然后再进行零件毛坯的选用,接着对零件进行工艺过程分析,然后计算出切削用量夹紧力等要素,最后再根据加工工艺工序设计出相应的夹具。 关键词:变速器换挡叉工艺规程;定位;压紧;导向,夹具,误差 Abstract The turbi
