摘要
悬置支架设计一共分三部分,现分述如下:悬置支架的工艺分析、加工工艺、铣左端面的夹具设计。
悬置支架的工艺分析,首先分析悬置支架结构特点,接着编写工艺规程,查找各个加工表面的加工余量,绘制悬置支架毛坯图,工序卡图,最后对各加工工序的切削用量、进给量、切削速度和工时等进行计算。
悬置支架铣左端面的夹具设计,首先依据工艺规程、工件图及六点定位原理,采用的定位元件为:支承板和A型固定式定位销。夹紧方案采用六角螺母、圆垫圈、螺杆、垫块、B型U形压板和六角法兰面螺母等组成的螺旋夹紧机构夹紧工件。
