滑座叉板的加工工艺及钻、攻M8螺纹专用夹具设计含非标6张CAD图+说明书
摘要 滑动叉板机械加工工艺及其钻攻M8螺纹的钻床夹具设计,由老师发的任务书和滑动叉板零件图知,此设计大体分成两部分,一为工艺部分;二为夹具部分。 工艺部分主要包括零件的分析、毛坯余量的确定及工时计算等,详细查看滑动叉板知道,其材料为45钢,Φ35H7孔、Φ30H7孔、Φ25H7孔精度较高,滑动叉板36槽及50槽仅次于三孔,接着编写工艺规程,查找各个加工表面的加工余量,绘制缸体毛坯图,工序卡图,最后对各加工工序的切削用量、进给量、切削速度和工时等进行计算。 钻攻M8螺纹的夹具设计,采用滑动叉板后端面、Φ35H7孔和Φ25H7孔定位,也就是经典的“一面两销”,夹紧则是采用心轴、快换垫圈和六角法兰面螺母等组成的螺旋夹紧机构夹紧工件,麻花钻与M8螺纹孔的中心线位置的确定,则是由快换钻套、衬套来实现。 关键词:滑动叉板;工艺分析;钻床夹具 Abstract The machi
