摘要
本主要针对为物料输送而设计的重型板式给料机。通过查阅板式给料机设计相关资料进行给料机的设计。板式给料机由驱动装置采用三相异步电机连接圆锥-圆柱三级减速器驱动,主轴装置,链条与链板装置,尾轮张紧装置采用螺旋张紧装置,机架与支重轮组成。
本设计通过了解与分析任务书提供的原始数据,选择合适的方案,并根据有关数据进行分析计算,完成了重型板式给料机的总体设计计算。在此基础上,根据所学的工程力学的知识对整体进行受力分析,从而确定牵引力和牵引功率,选择电机和设计圆锥-圆柱齿轮减速器。最后完成重型板式给料机的结构尺寸,驱动转轴的结构尺寸,以及螺旋张紧机构和支重轮的尺寸设计。
