本文在分析了各种立体车库的特点的基础上,选择辐射状立体车库作为研究对象。确定了一个10层的能容纳174个车位的辐射状立体车库的总体方案;设计了车库的整体布局及存取车流程;完成了搬运小车、载车台系统及升降系统的结构设计;完成了各个系统的驱动电机的选择与计算;对轴和轴承等主要零部件进行了校核计算;最后应用Pro/E和3ds max软件对该车库进行了三维实体建模和流程仿真。
