倾斜式螺旋输送机是一种旋转式送料机,柔性牵引构件,是钢铁材料广泛应用于矿产,饲料,粮油,关键在输送装置的制造,可用于输送高温粉末或固体颗粒产品,化学等材料。
螺旋输送机的整体构造总体是简单的,且横断面积小,封闭性能可靠,并且制作花费少,易于中间装卸物料等,而且可以向相反的方向输送。螺旋输送机的结成一般由驱动部分、箱体、进出料口等部分构成;按照物料的输送方向的角度可以把螺旋输送机划为平行式螺旋输送机和侧垂式输送机两种基本种类,这两种输送机主要在对各种颗粒状等输送物料的水平和垂直等的输送。它的主要功能是输送粘度的材料,在螺旋输送过程中这种螺旋叶片,可以完全混合,搅拌材料,清洁和其他项目。当然螺旋输送机的电动机及减速器组成的传动装置是很重要的部分,本次设计的是倾斜式螺旋输送机,由电机转换动力,经间速器减速然后连接联轴器传送输送机。
倾斜螺旋输送机有提高生产力的广泛应用,对实现制造化和机电化及材料处理具有重大的使用意义。
