摘要
随着科技的进步,人们对于汽车的需求也越来越高。为满足人们的使用需求,搭载自动变速器的汽车业越来越多。而结合技术与成本的综合考虑,由于DCT变速器有着传动效率高,换挡顺畅,成本低等优点因此被广泛的应用。而DCT变速器中一重要的机构即为双离合器。在这种离合器中拥有两组摩擦片、从动盘、分离装置,通过结构巧合的结合在了一起。
为了更好的完成此次设计,我在学校的图书馆针对干式双离合器首先级逆行了再次的学习,凭借着图书馆的海量资源对目前离合器的现状也进行了初步的了解,同时借助专业书籍及设计手册明白机械设计的基本过程及思路,接着结合专业课学习的知识到附近4S店实习,熟悉离合器的基本构造及装配过程,借助学校实体模型的拆解分析深刻了解离合器的零部件组成及详细结构,为以后的设计奠定基础。本次设计根据给定的相关数据我们依据相关的理论公式支持对从动盘、摩擦片、壳体等零部件进行计算并绘制相关图纸同时验证设计计算的合理性。最后根据三维模型绘制二维图纸,同时完善设计说明书从而完成整个设计。
