摘要
起动机是汽车的一个重要部件,因此其设计和制造水准的高低对汽车综合性能及质量非常重要。虽然目前汽车起动机技术已经发展的比较成熟,但是不管是国内还是国外的相关文献资料,多以起动机性能研究为主,系统地研究起动机的机械结构设计、性能匹配和运动分析等问题的资料和文献并不多见。本设计完成了包括海马汽车GN16发动机的起动机性能匹配、结构方案设计、电机设计、传动机构设计和操纵控制机构设计在内的一系列起动机设计问题。本课题的起动机设计问题涉及了机械设计、力学分析、电磁计算和分析、材料选择等多方面的综合知识。在研究本课题的过程中,笔者收集、参考了大量国内、外文献资料,在充分了解了当前国内、外起动机的设计理念和设计方向以及目前具备的技术水平的前提下,开展了本课题的设计研究工作。并利用AutoCAD绘制起动机的装配图、操纵机构的主要零件图(磁芯和线圈等)、电机的主要零件图(电机轴、电枢及绕组)、起动机动构的主要零图(滚式向合器和轮)。

nism Motor 1绪论 起动机作为汽动系统中的一个重件,对汽车的平顺起动至关重要,它的作用是未自行运转的机各种形式的阻力矩,驱动于静止的动机进入自行运转,所以,起机的设计和工艺水平会的起动和体[1]。近年来,汽业发展迅速,起动机的发展体积更小、质量更轻、转速更高、更大、转更的方向发展。虽然传统的绕组式起动机具有诸多优点,如高转速、大转矩、可调速等,但是磁极和励绕组使得起动机体积较大,质量更重,这无疑有悖于当今起动机设计追求小型化和轻量化的目标。永磁起动机的磁极采用的是永磁材料,这使得这种起动机不再需要励磁绕组,因此有效地减少了铁和铜材料的使用;并使起动机向尺寸得到缩减,在使用性能相同的情况下,永动机的体积比传统的绕组起动机可减小左
