烧饼月饼成型机设计
在日常生活中,烧饼作为一种受欢迎的传统食品,市场上一直有着广泛的需求。烧饼对于餐桌上的食物也是必不可少的食品,而大部分的烧饼加工起来是要经过很多工序,而其中最费时费力的就是烧饼的成型。对于烧饼成型若全部用人工来进行制作,将会严重影响烧饼的生产效率,并且还需要一个一个去进行加工成型,费力、费时。烧饼成型机构是对烧饼是对食品加工小店进一步打造智能制造的一种快速制造烧饼成型的设备,人工生产已经不适应当今社会的发展。所以,设计一款烧饼成型机构对快速制造烧饼是很有必要的。 本次设计的烧饼成型机构主要由传送装置、控制系统、成型装置以及防尘罩机构组成,面团通过小型皮带输送机输送至成型装置下方,此时驱动装置气缸活塞杆伸缩带动成型装置对面团做成型工作。此次设计中查阅近几年有关烧饼成型机构设计专利、期刊和,根据其实际的应用效果设计优良的设计思路和方案,初拟总体设计方案。设计动力传动装置,选择驱动电机,对烧饼传动系统,确定合适的带型号,对传动系统的零部件尺寸,进行受力校核。对烧饼成型系统,对成型系统的零部件尺寸,进行受力校核。对整体构件的设计,完成烧饼成型机构装配图及主要零部件图绘制。 关键词:烧饼成型机构;传送装置;成型装置;校核 Abstract I
