摘要
小麦是我国的农业发展上主要的粮食之一,小麦的产量每年占据了我国粮食总体水平的主导地位。大面积的小麦的种植,为我国的农业的发展带来了很大的进步,由于我国人口的基数庞大,每年消耗的粮食储量很大,小麦作为一种面料的主要成分,实现面食产品的制作和生产的必需品,每年我国还需要进口大量的小麦进行生产加工,满足国内的粮食需求。随着我国农业技术的不断提高,种植的面积和范围不断扩大,对农业种植设备和机械化水平的要求也在不断的提升。从种植辅助设备的提升和种植培育技术的改善上,可以更好的提高小麦的产量,解决供不应求的社会需求,在种植上大量的降低劳动力水平,提高种植的效率和种植的质量,实现定位定量的播种过程,更好的为小麦的生长提高优质的环境,实现高产量的小麦种植是农业发展上一个重要的发展方向。
在本次的小麦排种器的设计过程中,主要设计的是一款实现气吸集排式的精密小麦排种装置,通过对现有市场上的小麦播种机的调研,查阅小麦播种机等相关设计的文献,构思精密排种器的总体机构,设计排种箱结构和排种管结构形式,通过牵引式的机构设计精密排种器的结构总体,完成总体结构的绘制,关键部件的机构设计等。计算个关键传动部件的相关参数设计及强度校核。
