摘要
汽缸盖是发动机的几大关键之一,零件尺寸较小,但结构形状复杂,有若干精度要求较高的平面和孔系。本文主要分析和设计的是汽缸盖零件的加工工艺和、专用夹具等。通过查阅各种相关书籍,分析缸盖的结构及其功能,编写了发动机缸盖零件的加工工艺;经过计算选择其切削用量、选择机床和工艺设备,设计出了专用夹具。
