清雪车的清雪装置设计(含图纸说明书)
摘要 本设计为多功能清雪车,能够清除浮雪、厚雪、薄冰、轧实的冰雪,可有效清除0~15cm厚浮雪和0~10cm厚的轧实冰雪,达到见黑路面效果。可广泛用于市政道路、高速公路、普通公路、机场等地。 多功能清雪车以中国一汽生产的型号为CAG110/125的J6牵引车为行走系统,以一汽解放汽车有限公司无锡柴油机厂生产的BF6M1013-28E3/ BF6M1013-26E3发动机为作业系统的驱动装置,将除雪机构与其底盘车架连接,并对除雪车的雪铲、滚刷、撒布机机构进行结构参数设计,分析了雪铲的工作阻力,通过对冰雪力学性质、整车性能匹配的研究,提出设计方案。 本文的主要工作如下: 1.研究清雪车的结构和整车性能,简要介绍除雪作业参数及作业效果。 2.对比分析各种除雪机械的性能,确定本文选用的除冰雪装置的结构形式。对前雪铲和滚雪刷的结构及参数进行设计。 关键词:除雪铲;滚雪刷;扫雪排;撒布机构;轧刮滚轮 Abstract The desig
